Incumbent Dale Kinnear leads Karen Coleman for RUSD Trustee Area 2, holding a 7-point lead with 25% of the ballots counted:

Measure L, which would amend the City Charter to create a new
Office of Inspector General, appointed by the Mayor and City Council to serve as an auditor of the City’s spending and operations, received 63% of the first round of votes, with 14% of the ballots counted.
Measure CC, a $954,000,000 bond measure to fund the Riverside Community College District facility repairs and expansions, leads by 10 points in the first round of votes, with 28% of the ballots counted.
