Artswalk Docents
Is Riverside Artswalk a can't miss event for you? Do you know every gallery, museum, and vendor downtown? Riverside Arts Council is taking applications for docents. If you love art, Downtown, and sharing what you know with others then you should fill out an application at the RAC website.
Expression Session
Los Angeles based Expression Session will be hosting a social painting event in the courtyard on Ninth and Main. This is a fun opportunity to meet and interact with people in a creative and expressive environment. Paper, canvas, and other objects will be set up during Artswalk. Brushes and paint will be provided. Protective suits will be available so you don’t get any on you.
The Cheech
It feels like it has always been there but the Cheech is coming up on its second anniversary. The part of the museum that houses Cheech’s collection has been closed so that new pieces can be rotated in. That process is done and you can see what changed at the June Artswalk.
