Starting August 7, 2023, Metrolink will launch the Mobility-4-All program, granting California Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) cardholders a 50% reduction on any Metrolink ticket or pass. This initiative aims to bolster equity in public transportation.

Tickets under this program can be purchased exclusively from Metrolink ticket machines. Furthermore, these Metrolink tickets will permit free transfers on specific transit agency services spanning counties such as Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura.

This discount is financed by a grant from the Low Carbon Transit Operations Program (LCTOP), overseen by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). However, the discount will be in effect only until the allocated funds are used up.

While this offer is exclusive to state-issued EBT cardholders, Metrolink continues to provide other fare discounts for eligible riders. For information on other discount opportunities, the public is encouraged to check Metrolink’s Everyday Discounts page or call (800) 371-5465.
