Early Season Rivalry
The Ramona Rams take the big bus for a short ride to Arlington High School for a great rivalry game Friday night. Rams leading scorer from last season, running back Sincere Holbert, returns for his senior year looking to help Ramona on their quest to repeat as State Champions. The Lions are coming off a dominant 28-0 victory over Western Christian and look to get an early season upset against the Rams. This longtime midtown rivalry is always a “you never know” type of game. Kickoff is at 7 pm at Arlington High School “Lion’s Den” Stadium at 2951 Jackson Street.
Arlington High School Hall of Fame
The Arlington High School Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on August 31 in the Arlington High School Gym. During halftime, the inductees will also be honored at the Arlington/Ramona game.
