There are no public meetings for City Council or any boards, commissions, or committees at City Hall this week.

Line 4– Homeless Action Plan update
What has previously been known as the City’s Five-Year Plan to Reduce Homelessness is now known as the Homeless Action Plan. Homeless Solutions Officer Lorissa Villarreal will give an update.
Line 5- Housing authority affordable housing project updates
The Office of Homeless Solutions gives an update on housing projects. The Housing Authority has 689 affordable housing units in the pipeline for development, which include 199 permanent supportive housing units. Habitat for Humanity Riverside project is under development and is due to be completed by September 2022. The project will be part of Mulberry Village, located at 2825 Mulberry St. and will have 10 units available.
There is no City Council meeting scheduled for this week.
Line 6- Directors Update
The museum director gives an update on museum renovations, historic houses and volunteer opportunities. The main museum is planning renovations and the staff is focused on setting a date for September to present city council with a proposal for a professional services agreement with Pfeiffer, a Perkins Eastman Studio for completion of the architectural design. The preparations on the Harada House are beginning with initial meetings with IS Architecture to begin the design work. Heritage House is on schedule to have minor wood repairs and repainting. The repainting is scheduled in time for the seasonal reopening on Friday, September 9th.
Line 4 – Community Support Grants Program update
The Commission will review and make recommendations regarding the Small Sparks grant program.
