The Land Use, Sustainability, and Resilience Committee meets Monday, November 13, at 3:30 p.m. (agenda) for a workshop on regulations related to keeping chickens in residential neighborhoods and a discussion about a dozen proposed updates to Title 20, the City's rules for the management and protection of cultural resources like historic districts, and landmarks.
The Board of Library Trustees meets Monday, November 13, at 5:00 p.m. (agenda) to review the library's funding sources and process and next steps in developing the new SPC Jesus S. Duran Eastside Library.
City Council will meet in closed and open sessions on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, in an afternoon session at 1:00 p.m. (agenda).
The only item open to public discussion is authorizing the City Airport to accept a $2 million Caltrans airport loan to help fund approximately $3.5 million in needed roof replacements and repairs across the airport.

Duran Eastside Library and consider amending a previously approved Certificate of Appropriateness for a replacement building for Magnolia Presbyterian Church's sanctuary which was destroyed by a fire in December 2018.
The Commission on Disabilities meets on Thursday, November 16, at 5:30 p.m. (agenda) to review their 2024 annual work plan draft.
